NPS Specialists Digitalize Tsaritsyno Station on Moscow's MCD-2
Specialists from NPS have completed the digitalization of the Tsaritsyno station on the second Moscow Central Diameter (MCD-2). Train traffic at the station will now be managed by the computer-based interlocking CBI-EL, developed and manufactured by NPS companies.
The project integrated 54 railway points and 55 signals into a single digital circuit. The station’s personnel can now remotely regulate their operation and set train routes. The system enables monitoring of all equipment parameters and detects potential failures before they occur.
Built-in enhanced cyber security prevents unauthorized access to the digital core—a critical feature for infrastructure assets.
