The Signaling Division implemented digital traffic control on the crossing loop Orudievo

Now the train traffic is under control of the first Russian CBI-EL system, developed and produced by the Signaling Division of 1520 GC. Digital automation is adapted to the rigorous climate conditions of the region. Cybersecurity is built into the system in order to prevent unauthorized access to the rail infrastructure.

The implementation of the CBI-EL system allows increasing reliability and efficiency of the railway line under conditions of prospective freight transportation growth on the Dmitrov-Savelovo section. There were also implemented 4 point machines and 8 railway signals on the crossing loop. The infrastructure is being developed as part of a large-scale project to strengthen the capacity of the mainline Dmitrov-Sankovo-Mga on the way to the ports of the North-Western basin.

The mainline Dmitrov-Sankovo-Mga is one of the important projects of the Russian Railways JSC, linking the center of the country with the North-Western region. Earlier, specialists of the Signaling Division of GC 1520 implemented Vlasovo station with the CBI-EL system.

Digitalization improves safety and capacity of the railway lines and simplifies the system support and maintenance.
