Turkmenistan Railway Industry Representatives Visit Natsproektstroy Production Sites
Representatives of the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan and the state company "Demiryollary" OJSC spent several days in Moscow and St. Petersburg touring the extensive production facilities of the NPS Group.
During the visit, the delegation was introduced to innovative rail traffic control developments by NPS companies. These included the domestic Secure Technological Platform 2.0, designed for High-Speed Railways (HSR); CBI-EL systems; a Signaling testing center; cyber-security of microprocessor-based signaling control systems laboratories; and an outdoor testing ground featuring full-scale equipment samples and other railway solutions.
Previously, NPS companies participated in the modernization of a 686 km segment of the North-South corridor, spanning the territory of Turkmenistan between Kazakhstan and Iran.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects and opportunities for further cooperation in developing the 1520 mm track gauge infrastructure in Turkmenistan.
