NPS Joins Intermetro 2025 Exhibition and Conference

From December 18 to 20, the Russian Open Academy of Transport at RUT (MIIT) is hosting the INTERMETRO 2025 International Exhibition and Conference. The event focuses on the "Prospects for Rail Transport Development Amid Intensive Technology Implementation, Import Substitution, and Parallel Imports."

For over a decade, INTERMETRO has served as a platform uniting executives and department heads from metro systems, Russian Railways, and rail transport sectors across Russia, the CIS, and abroad. Participants include design institutes and leading domestic and international companies specializing in metro operations. The exhibition allows visitors to explore the latest innovations and digital solutions in the industry.

The event features a comprehensive business program, including a plenary session, a technical visit, and thematic sections where industry leaders share best practices.

During the plenary session, Alexander Dmitrenko, Head of Urban Rail Transport at 1520 Signal (part of NPS), delivered a presentation titled "Cyber-Secure Digital Transport Infrastructure: Experience of the NPS Group Signaling Division and Practical Implementation Using CBI-EL."

"Information security is not just a technological challenge but a shared responsibility that affects everyone. We are constantly expanding our expertise in this field by building a specialized workforce and auditing our solutions. Today, we hold several licenses that enable us to develop cybersecurity threat models and protection projects against identified risks," stated Alexander Dmitrenko.

The Natsproektstroy stand featured:

  • tunnel signal with LED systems for subways

  • shunting signal for above-ground use with LED optical systems.

Developed by the NPS Group Signaling Division, these signals combine modern technology and high reliability to meet the rigorous demands of underground infrastructure, ensuring clear and stable signaling operations under intensive use.

Students and exhibition visitors showed great interest in our solutions. Representatives from the Baku and Moscow subways paid particular attention to our stand and digital developments.
