NPS Deputy Director Outlines Export Potential and Operations Under Sanctions at ITLF

Dmitry Bolotsky, Deputy General Director for Commerce of NPS Group, discussed the company’s resilience under sanctions pressure and the export potential of its developments during the International Transport and Logistics Forum (ITLF).

Bolotsky identified digital train control systems (signaling) and ballastless track designs for the domestic High-Speed Railway (HSR) network as the technologies with the highest export prospects.

“Despite sanctions pressure and restricted access to the global financial system, new opportunities are emerging for Russian businesses to enter foreign markets,” Bolotsky said during the forum.

He noted that comprehensive support from the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, combined with systematic certification of Russian technological solutions, enables the company to compete with international players.
