Digitalization for Kazan
On September 29, as part of the technical re-equipment of the Gorky Railway facilities, the CBI-EL computer-based interlocking system was put into operation at the Kazan station (89 points) and linked to the technical devices on the Kazan-Vakhitovo open line. The Vakhitovo station itself was equipped with our CBI system back in 2012 for the European Football Championship.
Cooperation with the Gorky Railway at the Signaling Division of 1520 GC began in 2001. The Linda station was the first where our computer-based equipment was installed. During more than 20 years of close cooperation over 20 infrastructure objects in this area have been equipped with digital systems of the Signaling Division.
