1520 Company launched digital train control at the Terekty station in Kazakhstan

1520 Company has launched digital train control at the Terekty station in Kazakhstan Specialists from 1520 Signal Company of the Signaling Division 1520 GC have introduced a system of computer-based interlocking of points and signals (CBI-E) at the Terekty station in Kazakhstan. 

The international project has been implemented jointly with BT Signal (Kazakhstan) on the railway network of JSC National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy. Now the dispatching staff remotely controls the operation parameters of the wayside equipment, points and signals.

The CBI-E system takes into account special climatic conditions of the region and can operate in the range of temperatures from -40 to +70 C.

The use of the CBI-E will increase the safety and efficiency of transportation - the capacity of the line will be raised.

Earlier, on the same section (Kyzylzhar-Zhezkazgan), 1520 Group of Companies digitalized crossing loop 60 km.

Companies of the Signaling Division have been participating in the development of the Kazakhstan railways for more than 10 years, where they have already digitized 80 railway stations.

The equipment of the computer-based interlocking system CBI-E is produced at the facilities of the Signaling Division 1520 GC.
