FLEXIBLE ARCHITECTURE
The RAIL CROSS 300 system has a flexible architecture that ensures interaction with the signaling and interlocking systems of various types and generations. The system is configured for a specific project during the manufacturing process. However, the system can be reconfigured under the field conditions if the operating conditions change. The system can include the crossing protective signals, barrier drives, axle counters, protecting signals and other equipment, including the operating equipment.
The power subsystem includes overvoltage protection and ensures possible round-the-clock operation of automatic level crossing signaling in fully autonomous mode. The remote monitoring and control subsystem allows monitoring simultaneously up to eight level crossings equipped with the automatic level crossing system and is easily integrated into the centralized and station traffic control systems.
HIGH SAFETY AND RELIABILITY
The RAIL CROSS 300 system is designed as a functionally safe computer-based system with a two-channel design (including power supply) with diversified software and an embedded self-diagnostic subsystem. The RAIL Cross 300 system complies with the European (CENELEC SIL4) and Russian safety requirements.
The automatic level crossing equipment is designed for the most severe operating conditions and in various climatic zones, including the Far North. The system can be equipped with radars for monitoring the level crossing area under all weather conditions.
