The Signaling Division digitalized the Ochakovo station of the future MCD-4

Today, the Russian capital is the most convenient city to live in. One of the reasons for this is development of the railway transport. Moscow is the world leader in modern passenger traffic.

The Ochakovo station, which is located on the Kaluga direction of the Moscow Railway (MZHD), was opened in early March after a large-scale reconstruction. The station was equipped with modern computer-based equipment developed and manufactured by the Signaling Division of 1520 Group of Companies. Now the Russian signaling CBI-EL system, equipped with its own enhanced cybersecurity technology, will control traffic at the station, which will be part of the future fourth Moscow Central Diameter (MCD-4).

CBI-EL has combined more than 1400 innovative technical solutions. It allows managing stations with any track development and is designed to control points, signals, crossings and adjacent open lines. CBI-EL can adapt to any type of the rail transport. The system will increase the capacity of the line and improve traffic safety.

Earlier, several more stations of the future MCD-4 came under the control of the digital equipment of the Signaling Division: Vnukovo, Krekshino, Tolstopaltsevo, Moscow-Sortirovochnaya-Kievskaya.The Signaling Division plans to equip the entire fourth diameter with its computer-based systems.

The Ochakovo railway station was opened at the end of the XIX century. The outdated station was reconstructed and a modern suburban station with new platforms and an elevated lobby was opened instead. It will be convenient for everyone there, including people with limited mobility and passengers with children.
